1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are final. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on rescheduling.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- It’s your responsibility to ensure all booking details (date, time, number of players) are correct at the time of purchase.
2. Arrival and Late Policy
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This allows for briefing and restroom breaks.
- Games start promptly at their scheduled time. If your group arrives late, your game time may be reduced, or you may not be able to play. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
3. Participation Rules and Safety
- Age Restrictions: Players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Safety First: Follow all instructions given by our Game Masters and staff.
- No Brute Force: Our puzzles are designed to be solved with logic, not strength. Do not force, break, or climb on props or set pieces. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in charges.
- No Recording Devices: Mobile phones, cameras, and any other recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the escape rooms. This protects the integrity of our games and the experience for future players.
- No Spoilers: Do not disclose any game solutions, puzzles, or secrets to others outside your group. This is crucial to maintain the magic for everyone.
- Respectful Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is disruptive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who does not comply with staff instructions, without refund.
- Health Considerations: Participation may involve moderate physical activity, confined spaces, and flashing lights. If you have any health concerns (e.g., claustrophobia, heart conditions, pregnancy), please consult a medical professional before booking.
4. Intellectual Property
- All escape room designs, puzzles, stories, themes, and intellectual property are the sole property of [Your Escape Room Name].
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our game content is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
